Meet Brian Sharp and the Sharp Homes Team
Brian hard at work helping clients. |
Brian was born and raised here and
welcomes anyone who is thinking of moving to this great area. He has
attended the local schools, driven the back roads and shopped in the local
stores for decades. He truly knows the area like only a native can.
Brian learned the value of hard work at a
young age working alongside his father, a local veterinarian. Brian's Dad
taught him that taking excellent care of the client is the best advertising you
could hope for.
 More happy clients. |
The principles of trust and integrity
play a strong role in Brian's life. When a local merchant gave him $10 too
much in change, Brian drove back the next day to return the money. Brian's
clients trust him because he always focuses on what is best for the client.
That is why more than 70% of his clients are referred to him from other
satisfied clients.
When it comes to buying or selling, Brian
believes it should be a great experience. He is always positive and sees
the possibility for good in every situation. You will enjoy the end result of
your transaction, but that you will have fun during the process,
too!
 Brian enjoying the Sierras! |
Brian graduated with a B.S. degree in
Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Previously he was the manager of a
consumer finance company. He has extensive experience in mortgage,
underwriting, title insurance, escrow and appraisal services to ensure that
your transaction goes smoothly.

Buying Land and New Construction >Buying New Or Adding On
Homeowners should consider several questions before making the choice between adding on to an existing home or moving up in the market to a bigger house. How much money do you have available for remodeling your current house? How much additional space do you require? Is there room to expand on the ground level or will the foundation of your present home support a second floor? What will the local zoning and building ordinances permit? How much equity do you have in the property? Are there affordable properties for sale that would satisfy your housing needs?
Consider your neighborhood--it makes more sense to add on to a smaller house than to over-improve the largest home in the area. Your decision should ultimately be based on your individual needs, the extent of the work involved and which features will add the most value. According to industry experts, buyers are always excited by state-of-the art kitchens and bathrooms.
