I know this area like only a native can. I have seen it grow, change and prosper over the years and I can give you the inside information on each community.
If you put me to work for you, I'll do whatever it takes to find your perfect home. I will advise you immediately whenever new homes come on the market (especially those "secret" listings that don't go on the Multiple Listing Service right away). If you are too busy, I will go preview homes myself to let you know if it might work for you. I will bring along my digital camera and send you snapshots to give you a better feel for the property.
Once we find your perfect home, I will guide you through the process and I'll be there every step of the way. I try to present all of my client's offers in person in order to give you a competitive advantage over those coming in by fax. I am at the house when it is inspected to fight for your rights. I take the time to help you with the little details like switching over your phone and utility services. I am present at the signing to answer any last-minute questions. I also check in with you after you have moved in to take care of any questions or concerns. When I say that I give my clients "world-class service," I really mean it.
Financing Your Home >If You Are Self Employed
There's no question that it could be more difficult for you to get a mortgage loan if you are a free lance viola player than if you are a government accountant. Traditionally, lenders have been more cautious when evaluating loan applications of buyers who are self-employed than people who work for a regular salary.
However, if you are self-employed, there is no reason for you to shy away from applying for a home mortgage loan, especially if your earnings have been in the same field for at least two years. It is a good idea to meet with one or more loan officers before you begin your search. They will probably want to analyze your tax returns for the past 2 or 3 years, keeping in mind that many self employed people can look impoverished on paper, since you can write off some expenses that salaried individuals can not. Try to get pre-approval from the lender, and ask for a letter stating that you have pre-qualified for a loan which your real estate agent can attach to any offer you submit on a home. This will make you more attractive to the sellers.

There is a big difference in how Brian does business than most other agents. Many agents are focused on the transaction and what's in it for them. They are focused on their goals, not yours. The #1 principle of Brian's business is trust. He realizes that your home is often your most important financial decision and you need to get the best price and the best terms.
